Forget miles and miles of cross-country jogging. Not only can this leave us sidelined for the actual race, but it doesn’t even mimic what you’ll be doing on that fateful day.

As a Mud Run Prepper, my role is to head you down the right path. I make sure you avoid the unnecessary obstacles while giving you the confidence to tackle the mandatory ones.
